Another Wonderful Weekend
Good Saturday everyone and welcome to yet another wonderful weather weekend in the bluegrass state. Last weekend was nothing short of awesome and this one will go down as being equally as nice. 
Changes are a coming though over the next couple of weeks as a total pattern flip is possible at some point Thanksgiving week into the last few days of November. This has the chance to bring winter in early across much of the country.
A few weather notes for you...
1. Highs today will be mid and upper 60s under a partly sunny sky. Indian Summer II is here.
2. Sunday will see temps back into the 60s.
3. A weak front swings through here early Monday and will knock temps back down closer to normal. A stray shower is possible.
4. Cut off low will meander around for the middle and end of next week. The European Model seems to be the most consistent with the handling of this thing. Whenever it does move in... we may finally get some showers into the area.
5. I mentioned Thanksgiving week and some big changes lurking. The pattern will grow very active during the week as a couple of big storms will likely be crossing the US. This happens as some real deal cold starts showing up on the models...

THANKS CHRIS! I'm anxious to see which one of all the weather dudes win this one on Thanksgiving week! I'm ready for a change, but it is nice to know that this weekend is going the way of a sunnny cool autumn day. I know I'll enjoy it!

I think today's game will be harder than the Georgia or Tennessee games for the Cats. So if they win today, our first winning season in FOREVER is possible! Enjoy the weather...like Chris said this is the last weekend like this for a long time!

Uhm... WXMan... Stick to forecasting Brother... unless you're seperating regular from post season (and if you're a Cat fan you shouldn't be), this could be our 4th + .500 season in a row... GO BLUE!!! Good win today!

i sure hope we get a decmber 2000 pattern because the next 6-14 days look mild to warm. lets save the cold up for early december!!!

wow they really take one little spike and run with it in regards to ENSO. The el-nino is crossing into the low side of moderate right now, the last recoreded 3 month ONI value was .9. A look at the current avg is 1.2 This site made it seem like a strong el-nino is raging.

ehh, he exagerrates fairly often especially concerning winter time patterns. the site is interesting though, as he usually gets a few big hits 10 or 11 days out at times
