A Few Memorial Day Storms

Good Monday, everyone. On this Memorial Day, we honor the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice to this amazing country we live in. That’s something we should never take for granted. Many mark this day by visiting cemeteries or memorials, while others hold family gatherings or attend parades. Regardless of which camp you fall under, you will need to be on guard for a few storms.

Today’s storm’s shouldn’t be as widespread as what we had on Sunday, but a few clusters of storms may work in from northwest to southeast. Some of these storms may be strong or severe. Here’s today’s Severe Weather Outlook from the Storm Prediction Center…

Outside of the storms, temps are back into the 85-90 degree range and that that trend holds true for a few more days. A couple of cold fronts appear to be ticketed for our region later this week into the weekend. Watch how the shower and storm action looks to ramp up during this time…

Temps will come down as we head into the first week of June.

Let’s get back to where we are today and that’s watching some boomers. Here are your tracking tools for the day…
