Good evening, gang. Gusty winds gave us a nice temperature spike today, but are also ushering in another another blast of winter. We have an arctic front dropping in from the north and this will bring a band of light snow and snow showers our way.
A very, very small accumulation is possible for some areas.

The next few days are very cold with a snow flurry or two. Milder air pushes in for the weekend and may bring a touch of sleet by Friday night. Showers set in for Saturday as temps slowly rise. Heavy rain and wind look to become common for Sunday…
Some rumbles of thunder will be possible as this storm wraps up and passes by to our west. This thing will crank up by Sunday night and Monday. Check this thing out…
That’s a lot of wind and falling temps around here on Monday. Much colder air swings back in here for Thanksgiving week. I will touch on that and give you a look at December with the late night update.

What you see is the 32/33 law for our area in full effect. Most precipitation falls when above 32. It is what it is. Just not sure what exactly.
Oh my gosh what a windy day it has been.I planned to go outside and get some things done and I did most of them even with this wind.Had to bundle up though..But raking the leaves was out of the question.
The temps wouldn’t have been that bad had it not been for the wind.It is still blowing like crazy tonight.
Sounds as if our mild days are going to be very limited.Should have a few nicer days after tomorrow.Wow has winter ever come early.
You need ya a riding mower with a mulching blade, and then you can just run over the leaves whether it’s windy or not and chop em all up. Then they can all just blow away or fertilize the ground.
Thanks Chris. The wind today was nothing short of howling. Had to chase down our garbage can at lunch! When it slacked it wasn’t bad. My suggestion to anyone wishing to put up outside decorations would’ve to do it Friday and Saturday. It looks all downhill after that! Have a good evening all.
