Good Saturday to one and all. We have a very nice weekend taking shape across the bluegrass state. As we get set to close out the month of April and roll into May, the overall pattern continues to take on much more of a volatile look.
Temps out there today will range from the middle 60s in the east to low 70s in the west. Skies may start out cloudy in the east, but clearing conditions settle in for the afternoon.
Sunday and Monday look very warm with temps heading toward the low 80s in a few spots.
From there, we go into a pattern featuring a big temperature gradient from north to south across the country. Check out the WeatherBELL temperatures…

That setup can produce rounds of showers and thunderstorms around here, some of which could be on the strong side.

Thanks Chris. What a beautiful week of weather we have had! We didn’t get much rain Thursday or yesterday, but we got a little.
