Good Thursday, everyone. The temps moving in for the next several days are more typical of early June than the middle of April. The timing on the warm air is perfect as we roll into the Easter Weekend. However, the threat for some storms will move back into the picture, and that’s a sign of things to come.
Highs today will range from 75-80 in most areas under a mainly sunny sky. Highs will be near 80 for Friday and Saturday with a slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm going up.
Easter Sunday will see temps in the 70s with thunderstorms on the increase. A few of the storms may be strong during the afternoon and evening…
We will keep the warm temps into next week, but “bowling ball” type systems will roll from west to east across the country. Here’s one for early week…
And here comes another later in the week…
Those will bring rounds of strong to severe storms from the plains states into the Ohio Valley. Heavy rains are a good bet. Take a look at the rainfall forecast through next week…
