Good evening, everyone. Rounds of strong to severe storms are aimed at the bluegrass state later this evening into the overnight. My thoughts on this have not changed from what I’ve already put out there over the past several days.

The greatest threat for severe weather is just to the north of the Ohio River, but that threat focuses south of the river tonight. Large hail and damaging winds are the primary players, but a few tornadoes cannot be ruled out.

I have the blog set for all your severe weather tracking needs. Don’t forget to use the interactive radar for street level storm tracking anywhere in the country. You can also see live video feeds from storm chasers out in the field.
