Good evening, folks. Wet snow continues to push across Kentucky this evening with accumulations rangingย  from coatings to a few inches. As temps continue to drop, road conditions will go downhill quickly by late evening into the overnight.

I really don’t have much to add to the current setup, but I do want to emphasis the flash freeze potential. We are likely to ice things up pretty good tonight with temps dropping into the teens. Travel will worsen throughout the evening, and likely even after the snow stops.

Wind chills will also be way down there tonight, with some single digit wind chills showing up.

Let’s track our snowy evening…
