Good evening, gang. It’s a windy and mild one out there as we get ready for more heavy rain to work across the region. This comes as a cold front drops in from the north and slows down over the next few days.
We’re watching for a line of showers and storms to develop to our north and drop into the region later this evening into the overnight hours. Some strong storms are possible with this line, especially in the north. Gusty winds and hail are the primary players. These storms will also be proficient rain producers and that may cause some local flooding issues to develop.
Here’s the area to watch…
Track away…
The next round of rain moves in on Saturday, with the best chance for local high water issues in the southeast…
Enjoy the evening and take care.
What’s more likely? The Cats making the tournament or a significant snow event by March? Both are low probabilities, but Cats can get in with two more wins due to strength of schedule. Might be a short trip, but better shot than snow.
I agree, I say the Cats into the tournament is the higher chance event!
And I mean that in a positive way for all you Cats fans out there!
Looks like it is staying due east based on the maps and not yet dipping down.
I disagree.
