Good evening, everyone. Here we go again… Another round of heavy rain is rolling toward the bluegrass state. This will bring a renewed threat for flooding across the region, especially across the southern half of Kentucky.

That’s where we find a Flood Watch for Wednesday and Thursday…

This is a general 1″-2″ of rain across the state, but amounts of 2″+ showing up across the south and southeast. That’s where the flood threat will be the greatest.

You know the drill, keep a close eye on the water levels and be prepared to move to higher ground.

This is a potent storm system wrapping up across the Ohio Valley and could end with some snow showers and flurries flying. Check out the wraparound on the NAM by Thursday night…

The Hi Res NAM shows an even better chance for some wraparound snow showers Thursday night…

Unfortunately, I don’t think this will be our last brush with winter before we can get into true spring.

Enjoy the rest of your evening and take care.
