Good Sunday and Happy Easter. Our ugly weather is finally pulling away, leaving us with much better weather taking control. This nice weather will be with us for much of the week ahead, but in true spring fashion, storm chances will also show up.
Let’s begin with our Easter and roll forward. Clouds will linger across the east and that will keep temps down compared to the rest of the state. Highs may not get above 60 in this region. Temps hit the low and middle 60s across the central part of the state with low and mid 70s in the far west.
Warmer temps kick in across the entire region for Monday and Tuesday with 80 degree temps showing up…
A weak system moves our way on Wednesday, bringing the next chance for showers and thunderstorms…
Isolated stuff will be possible Thursday and Friday, but a more pronounced stormy setup will be possible by next weekend…
Temperatures will continue to skew warmer than normal through the rest of April and that likely carries us into May.
Have a Happy Easter and take care.
Heat = good 🙂
Dry = good.
That, too!
Thanks Chris and Happy Easter to you and your family as well for everyone. When the dense fog lifts we will all enjoy a beautiful Easter Sunday and the rest of the week looks like we will return to our wonderful Spring pattern. Yesterday, for two hours we had moderate to heavy snow. It sure was weird to see snow falling with the Dogwood trees in full bloom.
Warmer is good.
We need to break the weekend storm system cycle! Mother nature didn’t get the memo that it is baseball season!!!
You got that right. Baseball is life.
