Good Thursday, everyone. It’s a better weather day rolling into the Commonwealth of Kentucky and that’s a sign of things to come. Much milder air is on the way this through the weekend and into early next week. A little taste of May looks to be with us again during this time, but changes try to show up later next week.

Temps out there today recover to about 60 in the east with mid and upper 60s in the west. A mix of sun and clouds will be noted.

Milder air presses in here for Friday with most areas hitting 65-70 with a similar looking sky.

Our weekend forecast hasn’t changed with windy and mild conditions and the chance for a shower or storm. The best chance for that comes Saturday night into Sunday. Daytime highs range from 70-75 for the most part.

The threat for showers and storms will increase early next week…

Any day featuring more showers and storms will find high temps closer to 70. Any day that features more sun can really crank the numbers…

The models are keying in on a strong cold front arriving during the second half of next week. That could really knock the numbers back down…

Rainfall over the next week or so is highly dependent on any thunderstorm action that flares up. The Euro is showing the streaky nature of any storm action…

Make it a great Thursday and take care.
