Good Saturday, everyone. Our weekend is off and running and the weather couldn’t be any better. Temps are heading toward 70 degrees with plenty of sunshine will make for a superb Saturday. While the weekend begins nice, it may not end that way as some scattered storms roll in.

Today’s weather = awesome. ‘Nuff said

A weak cold front will settle southward toward the state for Sunday and may spit our a broken line of showers and thunderstorms. The simulated radar from the NAM shows this well…

Temps will range from the upper 60s to lower 70s. A few storms may linger into Monday as thermometers head into the low and middle 70s.

Tuesday and Wednesday look even warmer with upper 70s to around 80 degrees. That’s when we turn our attention toward a slow moving storm rolling across the southern plains. That will then work into the region by Thursday…

EuroA scenario like that would mean we have the potential for some strong or severe thunderstorms. That’s something we will focus on as we go through the next several days.

Until then… enjoy today’s dose of awesomeness.

Take care.
