Good Saturday everyone. The weather this weekend is so nice that I am giving you the day off from blogging with me. I have only one command… GO OUT AND PLAY!

We will start out our day with frosty conditions in many areas with readings in the 30s. Here is a look at the morning lows from Kentucky Mesonet…

Sunny skies today will boost temps up into the mid and upper 60s east with low 70s in the west. Sunday will be another VERY nice day as high temps climb into the low and mid 70s with more sunshine.

A cold front will settle southward early in the coming week and this will mean temps that will turn much cooler beginning Tuesday and lasting into the rest of the week. We should be able to squeeze one more nice day out of it all for Monday with highs back in the 70s. By Tuesday,,, we will see a big temp gradient setting up from north to south as our front begins to make it’s presence felt. A few showers will be possible as well and these may stick around into Wednesday. Here is how the GFS looks…

Tuesday Evening

That is all you guys get today. Now… go outside and enjoy this awesome fall weather.

Take care.
