I’m just wondering. Why is there an area on the maps above that have no temperatures or fainfall indications? It’s the southeast portion of the state. Laurel, Whitley, Knox, Harlan, Bell, and the other ones that I don’t know. Just wondering!
Diana, the maps come from the Mesonet site. Not all counties have the Mesonet equipment for the weather measurements; hence, no numbers. I don’t know how the sites have been selected – although it might be explained on their website (http://www.kymesonet.org)

I live in Barbourville, Kentucky and we are suppose to get snow but we haven’t got any so far the only weather we have had all day is rain and high wids when are we suppose to get snow.
