Happy Easter, everyone. We continue to watch another ugly system rolling into the state, bringing a cold rain for most, with some rain and snow in the north. This kicks off a very wild start to April, with winter and spring still duking it out.

In the short term, rain will increase this evening and may be locally heavy at times. Far northern parts of the state may see a band of wet snow developing, especially near the Covington area.

That may produce some rain and snow as it moves in and slows down. That slowing down then allows for a potential big storm system to develop along the front, targeting the Ohio Valley with rain and snow…
