Good Saturday evening everyone. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is out until 1am for extreme northern Kentucky… this includes the Covington area. Here is a look at the counties included…<\/p>\n

A line of thunderstorms is racing east out of Illinois and Indiana and will bring the potential for damaging winds and large hail to especially northern parts of the state.<\/p>\n

Other thunderstorms will still be possible across the rest of the area and these could be on the strong side. Storms earlier today dropped a lot of rain in some areas creating local flooding problems. Any storm that goes up tonight or Sunday will have tropical rains that can cause more flash flooding.
