Good Sunday evening everyone. We continue to see major flooding across much of Kentucky. Two day rain totals are running anywhere from 4″-10″ across a large part of the area. The severe threat is also ramping back up… this time for the eastern half of the state where a\u00a0 Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 9pm.<\/p>\n

Damaging winds and large hail will be the main threats this evening.<\/p>\n

We continue to see a dangerous situation in regards to the major flooding that is going on across the state. Numerous roads are closed because of high water and we have had reports of many high water rescues. More torrential rains will be likely through the evening and areas that have missed out on the flooding so far may see some high water into tonight.<\/p>\n
