The weather has finally calmed&nbsp; down some and your friendly weather dude can finally catch a little bit of a break as well. After all&#8230; that&#8217;s what summer is for a meteorologist! <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/emoticons\/smile.png\" border=\"0\" \/> <BR><BR>Here is a little breakdown for you guys&#8230;<BR><BR>1. Today looks a lot like Monday as we start out with some fog then see a mix of sun and clouds. There is the smallest chance for a popcorn shower. Highs will top out in the lower 80s yet again. Mid 80 in some areas? Maybe.<BR><BR>2. A weak front will slip in and stall out later tonight and Wednesday and this could also touch off a stray shower or storm. Temps Wednesday look to be back into the low and mid 80s.<BR><BR>3. The heat makes a run at us by the end of the week into the start of the weekend. Upper 80s appear to be a safe bet with a 90 here or there. Some isolated storms will be possible Thursday and Friday.<BR><BR>4. A cold front approaches us later Saturday into Sunday with a much better chance for showers and storms. Here is the Canadian Model for Saturday night&#8230;<BR><BR><BR><IMG src=\"http:\/\/meteocentre.com\/models\/gemglb_amer_00\/P6_GZ_D5_PN_126_0000.gif\"><BR><BR><BR>What happens next week? The models are not in total agreement as some say the heat tries to make a return while a few runs have said a big trough digs in over the east. The Canadian is on the side of the trough&#8230;<BR><BR><IMG src=\"http:\/\/meteocentre.com\/models\/gemglb_amer_00\/P6_GZ_D5_PN_240_0000.gif\"><BR><BR>That map is for next Thursday.
