Good Monday, everyone. Today is going to be a very active weather day across the bluegrass state. Rounds of showers and thunderstorms will be around to start things out, but the main show comes this afternoon and evening. That’s when a line of severe thunderstorms develops and races across the region.<\/p>\n

The prime time for the worst of the weather appears to be between 3pm and 11pm. Here are the threats in order of potential\u2026<\/p>\n

1. Damaging winds<\/p>\n

2. Heavy rains that cause local flash flooding<\/p>\n

3. Large hail<\/p>\n

4. Small tornado risk<\/p>\n

These storms will also contain a lot of lightning (LOL) as they roll through here.<\/p>\n
