Here is the latest from the NWS&#8230;<BR><BR><STRONG>THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON KY HAS ISSUED A<BR><BR>* FLOOD WARNING FOR&#8230;<BR>&nbsp; POWELL COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY&#8230;<BR><BR>* UNTIL 915 AM EST THURSDAY<BR><BR>* AT 921 PM EST LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED THAT THE RED RIVER WAS OUT<BR>OF ITS BANKS.&nbsp; ICE JAMS AND DEBRIS NEAR BRIDGES IS WORSENING THE<BR>PROBLEM.&nbsp; CLAY CITY AND STANTON ARE EXPERIENCING THE BRUNT OF THIS<BR>FLOODING OF THE RED RIVER.&nbsp; IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EVACUATION OF PEOPLE<BR>WILL BE NECESSARY LATER&#8230;AS THIS SITUATION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE<BR>INTO THURSDAY MORNING AT LEAST.<BR><BR><BR><BR>&#8230;THE FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR THE FOLLOWING RIVERS IN<BR>KENTUCKY&#8230;<BR><BR>&nbsp; STONER CREEK AT PARIS<BR>&nbsp; ROUGH RIVER AT DUNDEE<BR>&nbsp; GREEN RIVER AT MUNFORDVILLE<BR>&nbsp; GREEN RIVER AT BROWNSVILLE<BR>&nbsp; GREEN RIVER AT WOODBURY<BR>&nbsp; GREEN RIVER AT ROCHESTER<BR><BR>AFFECTING THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN KENTUCKY&#8230;BOURBON&#8230;BUTLER&#8230;<BR>EDMONSON&#8230;HART&#8230;MUHLENBERG&#8230;OHIO&#8230;WARREN.<BR><BR><\/STRONG>I will have a full update coming later tonight so check back.
