We continue to track a healthy blast of weekend cold air that will likely end the growing season across much of the region.<\/p>\n<p>This blast of air comes in behind a cold front that surges through here on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Winds will be very gusty ahead of this front today with a mix of sun and clouds. There is just a slight chance for a broken band of showers along this front on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The real story is the cold temps. Frost and freezing conditions are likely over the weekend. I&#8217;m still watching for a potent\u00a0cold front to drop in here later in the week.
