Thunderstorms are increasing across western Kentucky and will zip across the rest of the state this evening into the overnight. This action is ahead of a powerful low pressure working into the Great Lakes. That storm drags a strong cold front across our region.<\/p>\n<p>In looking at the setup as we head into the evening,\u00a0a few strong storms are possible, but nothing about this is exactly screaming\u00a0severe.\u00a0With or without storms&#8230; gusty winds will be the main player and could reach 40mph at times tonight and Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>This pattern is just getting cranking and it has a lot of ugly on it over the next few weeks. Wild, wild, wild. I will talk more about that later tonight.
