Record highs are likely to be broken this weekend with many areas seeing readings heading toward the 70 degree mark. That is ahead of a strong storm system rolling our way later Sunday into Monday.<\/p>\n<p>This is going to be a BIG wind maker for our region&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Euro8.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16604\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Euro8.png\" alt=\"Euro\" width=\"709\" height=\"824\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Euro8.png 709w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Euro8-258x300.png 258w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 709px) 100vw, 709px\" \/><\/a>Wind gusts of 40-50mph will be possible during this time. Strong thunderstorms will also be possible as this system works across the region.
