March is off and running on a wild note. Thunderstorms caused some wind damage earlier today as temps soared to near 70 in a few areas. The cold is now surging in and many areas drop below freezing by midnight with a few snowflakes flying.<\/p>\n<p>This is part of a very active weather pattern that continues to throw systems our way in the coming days. This much above normal pattern may also turn very stormy around here. The setup indicates some active rounds of thunderstorms in our part of the world.
