Good evening, everyone. Heavy rain producing showers and thunderstorms\u00a0 continue to blanket western parts of the state. This is an area that will likely see some local high water issues tonight and into early Thursday.<\/p>\n

Short range models are really spitting out a lot of rain in the west. The RAP goes through 10am Thursday…<\/p>\n

The Hi-Res NAM through Friday morning shows a lot of rain…<\/p>\n

Those totals would be enough to cause some high water issues for areas west of Interstate 65. Watch the water levels tonight and Thursday. Flood and Flash Flood Watches should be much more expansive in these areas.<\/p>\n

After a\u00a0 break in the action Friday, the models then ramp up additional rounds of showers and storms through the weekend into early next week. Check out the forecast totals from a few of the models…<\/p>\n
