Heavy rain and thunderstorms continue to sweep eastward across central and eastern Kentucky. This is leaving behind 2&#8243;-3&#8243; of rainfall across areas of central parts of the state. Watch for local street and stream flooding.<\/p>\n<p>Eastern and southeastern Kentucky hit the upper 70s and low 80s today. Wow. Much cooler air comes in behind the rain for Friday. How spoiled are we?
