Good Tuesday to one and all. Rounds of thunderstorms continue to push across the region over the next several days. A few of these may be strong or severe. This stormy setup is likely to hang around for much of the rest of the month. Buckle up!<\/p>\n

Before I get into the weather part of the program. Here’s a shameless plug to become a WKYT Weather Watcher. We are having a class tonight at 7pm at the Kentucky Theatre in Lexington. It will be followed up by\u00a0a FREE showing of the movie Twister. See you there!<\/p>\n

Rounds of storms will move across the region today with the possibility of damaging winds and hail. The greatest risk will be across central and western Kentucky. I will have your tracking toys in a bit.<\/p>\n

Additional storms will be with us Wednesday through Thursday, and a few could be strong or severe. Heavy rains are a good bet for many from now through Thursday night.<\/p>\n

The action takes a break on Friday,\u00a0but another system dives in for some showers and storms Saturday…<\/p>\n

That’s a VERY chilly blast of air coming in for the weekend. There’s a chance some of us do not see 60 degrees for a high on Saturday.<\/p>\n
