The overall setup for the week ahead continues to look steamy and stormy. Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are on the way, and we may get a few to crank out there today. That doesn&#8217;t last too long as the numbers shoot back up for Tuesday. That should lead to some scattered boomers around.<\/p>\n<p>This is when we watch an upper level system across the plains states slowly working into our region. Exactly where this moves and how slow it goes, is the determining factor on how much rain can fall.
