The steam is back in full swing across the bluegrass state, and it&#8217;s bringing along rounds of showers and thunderstorms. This trend will ramp it up a notch over the next few days, and we could be talking about some strong or severe storms.<\/p>\n<p>Highs today will be in the low and mid 90s across the west and near 90 in the east. Humidity levels will really soar as we take on a tropical feel (just wait until tomorrow). That is a timeframe for us to really keep a close eye on, as these storms have a lot of fuel to work with. Don&#8217;t believe me? That&#8217;s right&#8230; 80 degree dewpoints are possible in a few spots Wednesday. That&#8217;s a tremendous amount of juice in the air! Wow.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday will give us some scattered strong storms and one more hot and humid day. Beyond that, the models continue to blow up a storm along the east coast.
