Scattered storms returned to southern Kentucky on Monday, and now the rest of the state gets in on the act. This action kicks off another stormy setup across the bluegrass state. This pattern may also lead to some issues before all is said and done. Does that really surprise you?<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s storms increase as the day wears on, and with an increase in humidity, locally heavy rains will be possible. Storms become likely on Thursday as a cold front drops in from the northwest.
