Good Tuesday, friends and neighbors. Rounds of storms ushered in the month of August as our stormy setup shows no signs of going away. History making rains fell across the Lexington area on Monday, causing flash flooding. Boomers will continue to be scattered about the region over the next few days, with an increase in the action as we get closer to the weekend.<\/p>\n

Today and Wednesday will give us scattered storms that can be strong with local high water issues.<\/p>\n

A cold front moves in and slows down with showers and storms becoming more widespread Friday and Saturday…<\/p>\n

That’s the recipe for another heavy rain setup that can lead to more flash flood threats.<\/p>\n
