Good Thursday, everyone. A weak boundary has slipped through the region and is slowing down. This means some additional showers and storms out there today. A stronger front moves in this weekend with widespread showers and strong storms. Hang tough… early fall temperatures are on the way next week.<\/p>\n

Today’s storms will be scattered and more likely across the southern half of the state. We will have to be on guard for some local high water troubles, again.<\/p>\n

Thunderstorms will increase a bit on Friday, and we would get in on a complex or two of storms. The NAM has been hinting at this for a while..<\/p>\n

That wouldn’t be good news for the kick off the High School Football season across Kentucky. Hopefully, we can get the storms to take a football break during the evening. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

A powerhouse of a system dives into the region late Saturday and early Sunday. This setup can bring some strong to severe thunderstorms…<\/p>\n

Late Saturday into early Sunday could bring some strong storms and flash flooding to parts of our region.<\/p>\n

This is being pushed by a significant trough digging into the country…<\/p>\n

Mid and upper 70s highs may be common from Sunday through Tuesday. Lows during this time should drop deep into the 50s…<\/p>\n
