We have a weak cold front marching across the state with additional showers and storms for some. Once this goes through, we have quite the temperature pattern taking shape over the next few weeks. Middle of summer temps and a &#8220;pot of chili alert&#8221; should show up during this time.<\/p>\n<p>Buckle up for another lengthy post. If you&#8217;re a regular reader, you know\u00a0I like where the pattern is going when my posts start running long. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s rain will be primarily across central and eastern parts of the state. The heaviest will be in the east with some areas picking up more than an inch. Temps may push 90 again next week into the start of the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>This is when we will likely see a major fall cold front moving into the region.
