We have some great looking weather across the region for the next couple of days. That said, cold fronts are lining up to\u00a0have, at least, some impact on our weather\u00a0for the week ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Today is very windy with highs in the middle and upper 60s for many. A few clouds will be noted this afternoon as a weak front slides by to our north. This knocks the numbers down into the low and middle 60s for Monday. Clear skies Monday night should allow for areas of frost to form in the central and east&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=20307\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20307\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20307\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Canadian-2-5.png\" alt=\"canadian-2\" width=\"627\" height=\"475\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Canadian-2-5.png 627w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Canadian-2-5-300x227.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 627px) 100vw, 627px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Highs Tuesday will be back in the low and middle 60s.<\/p>\n<p>A cold front arrives Wednesday night and Thursday with gusty showers on the increase&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=20310\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20310\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20310\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Euro-12.png\" alt=\"euro\" width=\"1071\" height=\"721\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Euro-12.png 1071w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Euro-12-300x202.png 300w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Euro-12-768x517.png 768w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Euro-12-1024x689.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1071px) 100vw, 1071px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As that pushes through, Thursday night could know the temps back into the 30s, and give us a chance at some patchy frost.<\/p>\n<p>Another system is likely to move our way at some point this weekend into Halloween&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=20308\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20308\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20308\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/canadian-8.gif\" alt=\"canadian\" width=\"1024\" height=\"696\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The models all play that differently as this system will be riding along quite the temperature gradient. Depending on how all this plays our, our temps could go really mild or really chilly. I&#8217;m not quite sure how to play that at the moment, but I&#8217;m leaning mild.<\/p>\n<p>The longer range pattern continues to evolve toward one that can get winter off and running much earlier than normal.
