Good evening, gang. I’m a busy bee at my “real” job, but wanted to drop by for a quick update on where things stand going forward. Basically, there isn’t much to add or say to what I’ve already talked about over the past few days.<\/p>\n

We have a weak front crossing the region this evening and can spit out some snowflakes…<\/p>\n

The arctic front arrives late Wednesday with the really cold stuff settling in for Thursday and Friday.<\/p>\n

The weekend weather continues to look a little on the wild side. Temps spike into the low 60s on Saturday with showers and thunderstorms. High winds could become an issue.<\/p>\n

The temps tank overnight as arctic air surges back in behind a front. Teens and 20s show up by Sunday morning with a wintry mess taking over…<\/p>\n

Is that an hour or two of sleet, freezing rain and snow? Is it several hours? If the answer is the later, we will have some bigger issues. Also, all that water from the Saturday rains will freeze up very quickly.<\/p>\n

The arctic air continues to settle in for Sunday night…<\/p>\n
