<\/p>\nGood Friday evening, folks. We have some very ugly weather across the region to jump start the weekend. This nasty weather is a sign of things to come for the rest of the weekend, as we thank our lucky stars the ice line is staying away.<\/p>\n
A cold rain is ongoing this evening with temps generally in the 30s. Southern Kentucky is several degrees warmer with some low and middle 40s.<\/p>\n
We will still need to watch the far north for some sleet pellets and freezing rain overnight…<\/p>\n

There is very little change in the weather through Sunday. This is pretty much a “what you see is what you get” type of a forecast.<\/p>\n
Temps surge again by Monday and Tuesday with readings heading toward the 60 degree mark. Gusty showers and thunderstorms will be possible during this time.\u00a0 This looks like a surge of rain that will be followed by a brief chill down on Wednesday…<\/p>\n
