We have a cold night ahead of us across the region, but this air isn&#8217;t going to stick around long. Another spring surge is on the way for the weekend, and that will bring about another period of above normal temperatures.<\/p>\n<p>Temps out there tonight drop into the upper teens to low 20s then may rise some by daybreak. Gusty winds from the southwest will boost temps toward the 50s in the afternoon. That&#8217;s when we turn our attention toward a couple of systems trying to hook up. That&#8217;s certainly something to keep a close eye on.<\/p>\n<p>The overall setup going forward will see that system give way to another warm up, then another big shot of cold.
