We have a wild weather ride on the way for the next few days. Record high temps will give way to a 40 degree temp drop and some snow flurries from Friday into Saturday. The transition is likely to spawn a line of strong to severe thunderstorms by Friday evening.<\/p>\n<p>I have no changes on the overall forecast. Record highs from 75-80 will be with us Friday afternoon on a gusty southwesterly wind.<\/p>\n<p>As the cold front moves in during the evening, a squall line of strong to severe thunderstorms develops and races eastward. Gusty winds make it feel colder than that.<\/p>\n<p>Seasonal weather moves in for Sunday, with some showers possible on Monday. This is ahead of another surge of 65-70 degree air coming in for Tuesday and Wednesday. As a matter of fact, March is looking pretty cold on the medium range models.
