We have some awesome air controlling the weather across the bluegrass state of Kentucky. This September feel comes courtesy of a big upper low spinning across the eastern part of the country. Summer fans should hang tough, we have a nice blast of toasty temps for the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Highs today range from the mid 70s in the far west to upper 60s in the east. We will need to watch for isolated showers developing&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sirocco.accuweather.com\/nx_mosaic_640x480_public\/sir\/inmaSIRKY_.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As the upper low inches closer, we will see a slightly better chance for showers on Thursday&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=23821\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-23821\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-23821\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/GFS-2-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"383\" height=\"418\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/GFS-2-2.png 383w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/GFS-2-2-275x300.png 275w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 383px) 100vw, 383px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Temps will again be well below normal around here.<\/p>\n<p>The numbers will begin to climb on Friday and will really take off into the weekend.
