A <strong>WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY<\/strong> is out for the western part of the bluegrass state tonight. This is the area that stands a good shot at picking up a coating to 2&#8243; of wet snowfall.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a look at the counties included&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Ky-Warnings1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2424\" title=\"Ky Warnings\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Ky-Warnings1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"417\" height=\"219\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Areas just to the east of the advisory and points along and north of Interstate 64 should get in on some light accumulating snows. This\u00a0COULD push an inch in a few spots. The timing of the light snow may make for a slick morning commute for many.<\/p>\n<p>Southern and southeastern parts of the state may get more of a mix of light rain and snow as temps will be just a tad warmer.<\/p>\n<p>Temps across the entire state will rise above freezing Tuesday and this will lead to more light rain than anything else.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to check out the tracking tools at the top of the page.
