Showers and thunderstorms are on the increase across parts of the state today. This action kicks off another busy setup for the next week and change. It&#8217;s one that will feature&#8230; Wait for it&#8230; Wait for it&#8230; More rain chances \u00a0and cooler than normal temperatures! Woot. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s showers and storms are mainly confined to central and eastern Kentucky. Areas along and west of Interstate 65 may not see much, if anything. East of Interstate 75 should be the prime target for the bulk of the heaviest rain. Temps remain below normal with lots of upper 70s to low 80s fro highs.<\/p>\n<p>Next week will find pretty much more of the same with cooler than normal temps and additional showers and storms possible.
