Steamy temps continue to hang tough across the region for a few more days. Blah, blah, blah. Hang in there, cooler weather is on the way later this week, as our overall weather pattern starts to become more active.<\/p>\n<p>So, we keep summer through the first half of the week, then a fall cold front brings some of the good stuff into town. The first front arrives late Wednesday, but may only be able to spit out isolated showers and storms.<\/p>\n<p>A second system then digs in later Friday into early Saturday, bringing a chill to the air&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=24810\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-24810\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-24810\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Euro-7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1145\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Euro-7.png 1145w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Euro-7-300x126.png 300w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Euro-7-768x322.png 768w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Euro-7-1024x429.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1145px) 100vw, 1145px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I can&#8217;t rule out a shower or two with that second system. That can give us a day in the 60s, with the potential for a few spots to sneak into the upper 30s by Sunday morning&#8230; If skies are clear.<\/p>\n<p>A more potent system looks to follow that up by Monday and Tuesday. This one drops in from the northwest and tries to hook up with some kind of disturbance in the Gulf or off the southeastern coast.
