It&#8217;s a chilly Halloween evening across the state, and I wanted to drop by for a quick update on how things look as we roll into November.<\/p>\n<p>Clouds are increasing this evening, with rain showing up from southwest to northeast last tonight and early Wednesday. Some of this may start as a period of a sleet, snow mix across the north&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=25456\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-25456\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25456\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/GFS-Snow-2-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"675\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/GFS-Snow-2-5.png 675w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/GFS-Snow-2-5-300x147.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rain quickly takes over and could be heavy at times through Wednesday night. A potent cold front shows up late Monday into Tuesday with a line of showers and gusty thunderstorms.
