Even though the pattern is milder over the next few weeks. there are some signs of winter taking a few shots at us.<\/p>\n<p>In the short-term, a few showers develop tonight and last into Sunday&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sirocco.accuweather.com\/nx_mosaic_640x480_public\/sir\/inmaSIRKY_.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Temps on Sunday can make a run at 60 if we can get some breaks in the clouds. Winds will be gusty as we get set for the arrival of a cold front on Monday. Temps may only reach the 30s for highs on Tuesday, but a northwesterly wind can produce snow showers and flurries. When a real winter gets going, it is REALLY hard to totally reverse the trend.<\/p>\n<p>Contrary to my winter weather outlook, I&#8217;m continue to be on board with a very interesting second half of winter around here, and for much of the country.
