We continue to track sleet and snow showers across the bluegrass state, as winter continues to show up in our &#8220;mild&#8221; pattern. That&#8217;s when you know you&#8217;ve got an old fashioned winter going. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Coatings of snow are likely this afternoon and evening, with maybe a little more showing up in the east and northeast after dark&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sirocco.accuweather.com\/nx_mosaic_640x480_public\/sir\/inmaSIRKY_.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/builder.zoomradar.net\/zoomradar_weather_map\/weather_page.php?key=9nNfA2mOMDiJ4LG\" width=\"560\" height=\"462\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" seamless=\"seamless\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Temps rebound Thursday into Friday, with 55-60 showing up for Friday. This is ahead of our weekend system that continues to look rather progressive&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=27775\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-27775\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27775\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/GFS-GIf-18.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"786\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gusty showers give way to cold temps coming in behind that system for late Sunday into early next week.
