Torrential rains continue to work across parts of Kentucky, leading to additional flooding and flash flooding. More rounds of flooding are on the way into the weekend, with the increasing threat for severe thunderstorms.<\/p>\n<p>The current flood issues are across western and parts of central Kentucky. Numerous counties are under Flood Warnings&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gray.ftp.clickability.com\/wkytwebftp\/WEBWARNINGS.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This matches up well with the high risk area we put out yesterday&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28520\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Special.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 893px) 100vw, 893px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Special.jpg 893w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Special-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Special-768x421.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"893\" height=\"490\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Additional showers and storms move through tonight and Saturday, each bringing the potential for more flooding.<\/p>\n<p>The setup for late Saturday into Saturday night continues to look especially troublesome. Strong to severe storms may rumble from west to east across the state.
