Snow showers and flurries continue to fly across central and eastern Kentucky, but the main focus is on two systems trying to impact our weather for the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Before that, here&#8217;s regional radar to track the evening flakes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sirocco.accuweather.com\/nx_mosaic_640x480_public\/sir\/inmaSIRKY_.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I have no thoughts on the light rain and snow maker coming in for late Friday into Friday night. The European has noting for our region, keeping the storm weak and in the deep south&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=28807\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-28807\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28807\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Euro-2-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"839\" height=\"485\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Euro-2-3.png 839w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Euro-2-3-300x173.png 300w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Euro-2-3-768x444.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 839px) 100vw, 839px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The GFS has a strong system working across the Tennessee Valley, bringing rain, snow and wind our way&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/?attachment_id=28812\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-28812\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28812\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/GFS-GIf-11.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"786\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m openly rooting for the European Model to be right, but it looks too weak and too far south.
