Our new week is starting off on a stormy note for some as we have a big temp gradient taking shape across the bluegrass state.<\/p>\n<p>A front is draped across the state from northwest to southeast and this is the focal point for a few rounds of showers and storms. Some of these storms may be on the strong side and put down a lot of water.<\/p>\n<p>You can follow the action on regional radar&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sirocco.accuweather.com\/nx_mosaic_640x480_public\/sir\/inmaSIRKY_.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The temp gradient today is going to be nothing short of impressive. Readings across the east may struggle to get out of the 60s while the west flirts with 90 degrees. Wow!<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a look at current temps&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kymesonet.org\/wxmaps\/tair_f_large.png?nowtime=1325915126\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The warmer temps will work in over the next few days as our pattern becomes very active.
