We are ending the month with a good looking sky, but the temps could be better. The numbers drop over the next few days, with the potential for frost and a light freeze. From there, May looks to start with soaring temps and the increasing threat for thunderstorms.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of, isolated showers and storms may be noted this evening, but most stay dry&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sirocco.accuweather.com\/nx_mosaic_640x480_public\/sir\/inmaSIRKY_.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is with a cold front dropping in from the north, ushering in a late April chill to the air. Highs on Monday reach the low 70s, with 80 degree highs possible by Tuesday. This strong southwest flow is really going to boost our temps. Don&#8217;t be surprised if we hit the middle 80s by Wednesday and Thursday.
