Good Tuesday, everyone. Rounds of showers and thunderstorms have been causing issues across the state and we have the chance for a few more issues out there today. This action is along and ahead of a strong cold front moving through the region, bringing a taste of fall temps with it.<\/p>\n

The storms continue to put down a lot of water, giving us a local flash flood threat through the day. Some of the storms may continue to be strong or locally severe, especially across the eastern half of the state. Here’s the latest Severe Weather Outlook from the SPC…<\/p>\n

Much cooler and drier air blows in for Wednesday, with a leftover shower or two possible. Highs on Wednesday are generally in the middle and upper\u00a070s.<\/p>\n

Lows by Thursday morning are way down in the low and middle 50s, with a shot at the upper 40s in the typical cool valleys…<\/p>\n

The rest of Thursday looks awesome with mid and upper 70s and a mix of sun and clouds.<\/p>\n

After another morning in the 50s, temps later Friday return to the upper 70s and lower 80s. We will be watching the northwestern sky for the chance for a few storms to dive into town…<\/p>\n

That setup may carry us into the weekend as warmer air presses back in…<\/p>\n

Temps will make a run at toasty levels into next week, but watch for thunderstorms and a late week cold front to do some work. That’s pretty much been the theme of the summer.<\/p>\n
